Conclusion: Patients with greater treatment duration had significantly lower likelihood of pain catastrophizing at completion. Given that pain catastrophizing has been shown to negatively impact functionality and selfefficacy, this suggests that the program may help patients overcome psychosocial barriers to recovery.
